Villa Larimar comprises four spacious bedrooms and an independent apartment with separate access, including a  kitchenette. The property boasts spacious entertaining areas, a 12-meter heated pool, and several terraces including a well-equipped covered dining and barbecue area. In terms of quality and style, Villa Larimar is comparable with some of the luxury villas in the Quinta do Lago resort, but the sea is closer and the rate is far more attractive. The beach at Porto do Mos is only a short stroll away, and there is a cove nearer to the house which at high tide is only accessible down the cliff path and is rarely busy even during the high season.  Nearby are a number of 5-star hotels and resorts, offering superb spa treatments and dining experiences.

Villa Larimar´s accommodation is spacious and spread over three floors, the property has a silent temperature control via cooled floors.  Entrance is from the private drive and electric gates through an impressively tall front door to the entrance hall. 

The ground floor level of Villa Larimar houses the master suite with a Super King-size bed, full-height sliding windows with lovely views of the ocean, and the infinity pool. The en-suite bathroom has a freestanding oval bath and walk-in shower with a monsoon head. It is separated from the bedroom by a window with electric blinds. Also located on this level are three further bedrooms, each of these with Super King-size beds, full-height sliding glass doors, and views of the sea over the infinity pool. Each suite has its own luxury shower room with a walk-in shower.

The first floor of Villa Larimar comprises the spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with a modern kitchen. Full height glass sliding doors lead out to a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and boasts lovely sea views from all parts of the room. The furniture throughout is modern and of high quality. The lounge features a fireplace and a cozy TV area including UK channels linked by an IP system. The open-plan kitchen and dining area lead to an outdoor dining area with a built-in gas barbecue. The state-of-the-art designer kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, an oven and microwave, a dishwasher, and an induction hob, with light-colored furnishings.  A second preparation kitchen can be found adjacent to the main kitchen and can be closed off when entertaining guests. Also on the first floor is an intimate chill-out area for cozy evenings, with an outdoor fireplace and comfortable seating.

The lower level of Villa Larimar comprises the fifth bedroom with an en-suite shower room and kitchenette. This room has its own access to the swimming pool and to the exterior. This is a great room for independent members of the family who might like to stay out late, or for a nanny. There is a separate fully equipped laundry room and double garage on this level.

Villa Larimar´s outdoor areas include an outdoor dining area with a separate built-in gas barbecue located on the first-floor balcony. Steps lead down to the heated swimming pool (12m x 6m approximately) with infinity overflow, lounging area with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, outdoor drinks fridge, and outdoor cloakroom. The lovely terraced gardens are laid with small lawns, decorative shrubs, and flowers, and there are hammocks around the grounds, as well as several places to relax. A graveled area to the side of the house is great for a game of Boules!

Villa Larimar is ideally located within a short walking distance to the beach, nearby shops, and restaurants. The city center is located within approximatively 20 minutes' walk. The Hotel Vivenda Miranda Romantika, Cascade 5 star Wellness Resort, and Belmar Spa and Beach Resort, with their spa treatments and fine dining, are also located within walking distance from the property.
