Villa Arizona is a stunning rental Villa located just 7 minutes walking distance from the beach of Praia da Oura and Praia dos Bicos. The Villa is built in a high point, on a prime location with stunning views over the ocean. Ideally located in an area of ​​total tranquility but a short distance from restaurants and bars of Albufeira.

On the ground floor there is the large living room, all made of glass with fantastic views over the lush gardens, the pool and the sea and opens to the garden where you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or have a barbecue.  For the cards games lovers there is a corner with a cards game table.

In the middle of the villa there is an open garden area, with flower vases, a kind of winter garden, that brings even more light to the living room.

In one of the corners there is a TV area with TV and DVD player, as well as a fire place.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge and a breakfast area that opens to the inside garden.

There are 2 small twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom ideal for children (these 2 bedrooms can be linked). One of the bedrooms have a TV and a DVD player. Each bedroom can accommodate 4 children.

The first floor access is enabled by a wooden staircase. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite large shower bathroom opening to a large terrace with breathtaking views over the ocean. The bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Also located on the 1st floor are 2 double bedrooms all en-suite and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  One of the double bedrooms is accessed by a wooden corridor at open air and opens to the large terrace, as does the master bedroom.

On the second floor there is a balcony and a small office.

The villa also benefits from a garage with space for two vehicles and a small games room with pool table.
